Polite, very easy to work with and have a wider variety of items than other local brokers. Excellent selection of tools, and tools I have purchased have always worked as they should and prices were very reasonable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the store is somewhat small at their new location, but I am sure with the slowing economy in this area is why they needed a smaller building. I personally think the location is fairly convenient for most. Traffic is typical for the area and visibility while entering and exiting is very good.

I called ahead about a wide screen TV and was told there was one...'new in box'. Well, the drive there is hectic and terrible with lots of traffic and lane changes, but we went. When we got there, the 'new in box' was scratched and awful looking; the remote was held together with tape. Never going there again.
