Long wait times. I ordered 2 extra most bestists and I waited 30 minutes. When I finally got them they were cold. Also not enough parking for all the people waiting.
Horrible service its not hot and ready they are having people wait 20 and 30 minutes after they order this has happen 2 times me and my family will never go back hot and wait 30 minutes hot and ready is false advertisement.
The new location in Crab Orchard has seemed to be very unorganized, unable to meet the customer demand. Hot & Ready pizzas are not ready for pickup, and customers are forced to wait extended periods for basic/common orders. We are happy to have this location in our community, but we also have an expectation of service, as the Robert C Byrd location in Beckley has set the bar in service. Your customers in this community have the Dollars, and want your product. Step up or suffer the outcome.

Everything is new and neat. The new crab orchard location even has tables and chairs in the lobby so customers can eat in.I have only ate one pizza from there, but it was perfect and so fresh. None of the food can get old because of the new system they are using. It will not allow you to sale a pizza after 30 min in the hot box. A perfect way to make sure all of the food is hot and ready. Also the staff is friendly.
